These are some progress shots of two pieces I'm working on and excited about. This first one is a portrait of my Grandpa, my Moms dad. It's watercolor on yupo paper. Really difficult for me to achieve the right edge control. Those eyes took hours and hours; but they probably shouldn't have, haha.
Dip pen and watercolor on bristol vellum paper on this one here..
Just got back from another awesome visit to New Jersey and New York. Can't wait to go back.
